Born and raised in Hermosa Beach and recognized on both state and national levels, Lenny turned his life long passion of real estate into a robust and thriving business. He quickly distinguished himself in the real estate profession with high levels of sales production placing him in the top ½ of 1% percent of agents nationwide and one of the highest producing agents in Los Angeles and at Shorewood Realtors selling over 80 homes with a volume of $80+ million by the end of his 4^th year in the business.  His success is built upon his excellent communication skills and marketing expertise while utilizing his huge network of clients and brokers nationally.  Leveraging these alliances along with “client-centric” specific marketing strategies, Lenny has created a “success formula” to help property owners achieve top dollar for their assets.  His success formula is strictly based upon the satisfaction of his clients 100 percent of the time, every time.  Lenny’s expertise goes beyond the selling and buying of property to the construction business as well.  His cumulative real estate expertise, prominent success record and never wavering confidence allow him to meet the needs of all his clients.

Victoria Babilonia is a real estate Broker, Accredited Buyer’s Representative and Certified Public Accountant. Victoria has worked for the top world-wide accounting firms where she managed international accounts allowing her to travel all over the world while servicing her clients’ needs.  When Victoria transitioned to real estate 11 years ago, she brought "best business practices" and a strong work ethics from the accounting world into her real estate practice whereby she and the Team deliver outstanding services to each and every client.  Victoria is a consumed real estate professional always keeping her focus on the achievement of her client's objective whether selling or buying a home.

Nick Phillips is originally from the East Coast and has an extensive background in sales.  He has a BS in business management from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.  Nick takes great pride in exceeding his client’s expectations.  He is professional, reliable, and extremely personable with each and every client.  He focuses on residential/ income properties in Southern California, as well as investment properties across the country.  You will find that his strong work ethic, organizational skills & passion to help his clients results in a very smooth transaction.

Lauren Schultz is a Southern California native and has an extensive background in customer service. Lauren currently holds a California Real Estate Salesperson license and will receive her BS in business management this Winter. In her spare time, Lauren dedicates herself to her studies and enjoys to travel.  Lauren works hard to insure that every transaction is smooth and successful and is committed to servicing our Client’s needs. In addition to being a customer service specialist, Lauren excels in marketing and ensures that every listing is marketed to the fullest extent.
